We at Tasi Travels hope you love your new purchase. Please let us know if you are unhappy, and we will happily exchange or offer a credit note provided your exchange has been approved via email and is within 14 days of the initial purchase. We are a really small business and would love to be able to offer a full refund within 14 days, but we just can't yet. It's a goal we are actively working towards!
We will offer a full refund for faulty goods.
We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned, has been confirmed as faulty and meets the following criteria: Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt, goods must be in original condition, with all tags still intact. Items soiled with makeup etc will not be accepted.
Please note, no refunds or credit notes are accepted on sale items.
Return postage costs will be at your expense unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered.
